Born in the beautiful country of El Salvador, I came to the United States in 1992 with a dream: to educate myself and become a contributing member of this great country.My journey in the flooring industry began in 2005 when I started as a job site helper. By 2007, I had worked my way up to being a full installer. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with reputable companies like Carpet Pros, JW Floors, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. Each job taught me invaluable lessons about project management and customer service. I meticulously noted what worked and what didn’t, always keeping my ultimate goal in mind: to one day open my own business.
In 2015, I achieved a significant milestone by passing the contractor’s exam and becoming a licensed California flooring contractor. Less than a year later, I took the plunge and launched KC Flooring Specialists. With a team that quickly grew to 14 dedicated employees, I focused on consistently improving the quality of our services, enhancing the customer experience, and inspiring my team to excel.Fast forward to 2023, and my full dream came true when I assumed ownership of All Pro Floors, a company I had subcontracted for the previous four years. This step marked the culmination of years of hard work, learning, and unwavering dedication.
